1. Can I trust your company? Are you insured and bonded?
   At Corporate Cleaning, we are trustworthy, reliable and dependable. We are licensed , insured and bonded.
   
   
2. Does someone need to be home when you clean?
   If you are not going to be home, Corporate cleaning needs to be provided with a key or a key must be left in a place our employees have easy access to.
   
   
3. Do I provide the cleaning chemicals and equipment?
   Corporate Cleaning will provide all of the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies.
   
   
4. How do I pay for your services?
   Payment is due at the time of services. Corporate Cleaning accepts cash and/or checks.
   
   
5. What if something in the house gets damaged or broken?
   If one of our employees accidentally breaks an item, a note will be left and our office manager will call you to find out the value of the item and you will be compensated.
   
   
6. How many people will be in the home to clean?
   Our team consists of 2-3 individuals.
   
   
7. What services does your residential cleaning company provide?
   Our routine cleaning services include the following: vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. We also provide the following special services: carpet cleaning, window washing, etc.
   
   
8. What time will you clean the property?
   Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
   
   
9. Should I do anything before you arrive to clean?
   Yes, we ask that our customer pick up toys, clothing and other household type items that will slow our employees down.
   
   
10. Do I have to sign a contract?
    Contracts are helpful and recommended as they spell out the responsibilities of both parties.
    
    
11. What do I do with my cat/dog?
    Cats, dogs and other animals should be in a kennel, cage or other location where they will not get in the way of the cleaning team.
